Products purchased through one of our crowdfunding campaigns such as Kickstarter or Indiegogo are exempt from our standard Return & Refunds policy.
Why? Part of the idea behind this campaigns is to prove demand, and build products in a rapid, user-centered design cycle. By reaching out on crowdfunding campaigns, we can assess our demand, build a stronger relationship with our early adopters, and use feedback to make our product as amazing as possible. However, those crowdfunding platforms are not online shops, because supporters back the entire project where a reward will be dispatched (product), once the project is successfully launched. All the funds are used towards the realisation of the project and therefore any returns and refunds will cause damage to the overall project.
Certainly, the product guarantee still applies.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from Sequent:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased online directly from Sequent can be returned to Sequent. Sequent products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords and documentation that were included when you received it.

All shipping to any service center must be pre-paid and insured. SEQUENT cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
