We provide a 1-year Warranty for your SEQUENT SuperCharger. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the SEQUENT Warranty Department. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. SEQUENT cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
How to make a warranty claim?

What documents do I need in order to make a claim?
You will need the order number, and make sure to attach a cover letter detailing the nature of the defect and provide your contact details.
Should I also include the product's accessories in the claim?
Yes, please include all accessories.
Do I need the product's original packaging?
The original packaging is not necessary to make a claim, but it is advisable to use the original packaging when transferring the goods.
If I return a device for repair, will I lose the data on it?
It is very likely. If the device can be repaired, it is standard for factory settings to be restored, which eliminates the potential negative impact of third-party applications. Accordingly, we recommend the regular backup of data (not only before making a claim).

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from Sequent:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased online directly from Sequent can be returned to Sequent. Sequent products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords and documentation that were included when you received it.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
